Abstract

Objective: To analyze web applications 2.0 to estimate its use in programs of training of users of the information. Method: Documentary analysis and the hermeneutic of speech applied to print and digital documents that address the theme of the object of study. Results: Answered a series of questions related to the integration of Web 2.0 applications in the design of training programmes for users of the information. In regards to the selection of web 2.0 applications, is job analysis technique based on instructional use variables. Conclusions: The technologies of web 2.0 and its integration in the programs of training of users of information, represent a niche opportunity for the librarians. An opportunity to achieve the future and break old paradigms of the training of users.
