Editorial Activity 2025 and Qualis CAPES (2021–2024)
Biblios maintains an A3 rating in Qualis CAPES (2021–2024), the Brazilian scientific journal evaluation system used by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) to analyze the intellectual output of graduate programs in Brazil, as a result of its ongoing work in promoting relevant research in the areas of Information Science, Library Science, Documentation, Archival Science, Museology, and related fields, in line with contemporary debates and innovative approaches in the area.
In line with the principles of Open Science, the journal adopts open access as its publication model. This policy broadens the reach, visibility, and international impact of published works and reaffirms Biblios as a qualified space for the circulation of scientific knowledge and articulation among researchers.
