Consideraciones generales en torno al valor añadido de la información

Se destacan los aspectos teóricos más importantes referidos al valor añadido de la información. Se emiten algunas consideraciones útiles para la preparación y el suministro de productos y servicios de información de valor añadido, sustentadas en la filosofía de la calidad total. Se señalan las posibilidades del correo electrónico para aumentar la accesibilidad de los usuarios a dichos productos y servicios de información.
