Scientific editor and referee of Information Science journals in Brazil, Chile and Peru. Regional Editor of the Eprints in Library and Information Science (E-LIS) repository. Member of the Scientific Communication Research Group of UnB. Founder of the think tank Open Science Latin America. Collaborative Researcher of the Postgraduate Program in Information Science of the University of Brasília.
