Objective. This study analyzes the evolution of digital interactions within the Forum of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (Ibict), highlighting its value as a tool for knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving. User behavior, response effectiveness, popular topics, and informational gaps were assessed. Method. A mixed-methods approach was used, with an emphasis on web metrics. Data were collected between 2020 and 2023. Results. Findings show that active moderation led to faster responses, higher engagement during peak periods, and renewed activity in 2023. Conclusions. The
Ibict Forum is a strategic space for technical support and collaborative knowledge-building, particularly in the context of open technologies.
