There are big technological limitations to attend properly the task to facilitate the access to the data product of scientific research. They have emerged as a response of institutions, especially from universities, repositories that serve to preserve and make available to the academic community, research data that are part of their intellectual heritage. Therefore, is necessary the adoption of data exchange formats and standarization storage mechanisms to make available this scientific data locally and internationally. Our study is an analysis of infrastructure and development policies for managing research data considering the mechanisms adopted internationally.References
