Objective: Provide a bibliographic study of the feminist activist Ana María Pérez del Campo, based on the organization and description of her personal file.
Method: The case study is addressed by applying archival techniques to the documentary fund, through its documents forming its bibliography, writings, letters and communications to the media, speeches, and other documents of the author as a resource to address historical issues and problems of Women’s rights The study contributes to the installation, description of an important part of the archive, and the location of the bibliographic works. The bibliographic study includes a search of the main bibliographic resources, trying to locate and identify all those publications published that were written or participated by the activist.
Results: The previous tasks of organization and description are the basis for the elaboration of a bibliographic approach. It highlights the compilation of numerous writings derived from his political action and attention to women, published and unpublished, the themes of his activism are mainly related to family law, separation and marriage divorce, gender violence, and the protection of Women and their descendants victims of violence.
Conclusions: The set of references obtained 263 records constitutes a tool to elaborate future historical works on the influence of Ana María Pérez del Campo in the feminist movement, as well as to carry out a study of the repercussion of her thinking in feminist theory.
